RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing Star Doors Boutique. We are committed to providing high-quality door units  and exceptional customer service. Please carefully read and understand our return/refund policy outlined below before making any purchase.

Returns: Due to the nature of our products and to ensure the highest level of quality and safety, we do not accept returns of any doors once they have been delivered or installed. It is the responsibility of the customer to thoroughly inspect the merchandise upon delivery or installation.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any purchased doors, including but not limited to cancellation, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the product. All sales are final. Exceptions to this policy will only be made in cases where the door(s) arrive(s) damaged or defective, subject to our inspection and assessment.

Damaged or Defective Doors: In the event that the door(s) arrive(s) damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery or installation. We reserve the right to inspect the product and assess the nature of the damage or defect. If deemed eligible, we may offer a replacement or repair of the door(s) at our sole discretion.
